How do you get out of sports with all your parts?

 When you make exercises you believe that it would be an excellent experience, but when you get out of a sport class or a gym your body don't say that. Make physical activity will be fabolous if later we don't feel pain all over our body. 

We need have many cares to make a excellent experience when we do exercises. Don't let mine happen to you. Two years ago, I was played Volley-ball and in one of rutine exercises I maked a bad movement with the right arm and I dislocated the rotating bone in my shoulder. This wouldn't have happened if I would have been careful with my movements. So, I want to give you some tips to how do you get out of sports with all your parts. 

Warm up: 

To start to make a sport or a gym routine you must make a warm up routine for have more benefits like more resistence, avoid cramping, improve your breathing, avoid lesions, etc. It warm up your muscles and it will be easier for you make exercises and don't feel pain while. It also have benefits later the exercises like that thre pain that you will feel don't be bigger. If you make a correct warm up routine you can prevent pains and discomforts that can affect your body. 

There are so many kinds of warm up exercises. Some of these can work with most of our muscles and articulations like the general warm up. Also, there are specific warm ups that are excellent to work with parts of our body that we will use. In the same way, I think that if you don't suffer any lesion or problem with your body, the better option for you is make prevent warm up, it is a specific warm up to prevent that issues. All of these warm ups include stretching exercises and it improve the ways that you can avoid lesions. 

Here there are some examples of warm up exercises that you could make: light walks, dynamic stretches, jumping jacks, circular joint movements, etc. 

Be careful with your movements: 

In most sports there are people supervising if you make a bad movement that could affect your body. For example, in the gym there are many coach that teach the exercises and if you need support or help, you can say to them. They can help you with how to make a good posture and to how to regulate dumbbell weight. 

Another point to consider is be careful with the weight that you uses. If it is more that you can endure, you soon will be a stripped sandwich. So, the weight must be monitoriate to a supervisor to avoid lesions or pain issues. 

In addition of these tips, you should considere different aspect like the food, don't forget that full belly happy heart. It improve the capacity to make exercises and we feel better with a good feed. In my personal opinion, I think that is so normal that we feel pain in our muscles later to make exercises, but we can define how much we be careful to these pain don't affect more.

I'm agree, with all the information, specially with the carefully before to do exercise, im like the blog, her experiences, the main of she's explain looks very good, use an easy lenguage to undrstand it. The content could be better explained, for example, explaining what it means to get injured if we do not follow the advice proposed in the blog, your experience is adequate and you talk about very important points of training such as previous activity, nutrition and dosage, but I reiterate that you could explain some things in more depth and giving better examples, you can use images so that the visual attention is better captured, but in general the content seems appropriate to me and is very useful.
