 When you make exercises you believe that it would be an excellent experience, but when you get out of a sport class or a gym your body don't say that. Make physical activity will be fabolous if later we don't feel pain all over our body.  We need have many cares to make a excellent experience when we do exercises. Don't let mine happen to you. Two years ago, I was played Volley-ball and in one of rutine exercises I maked a bad movement with the right arm and I dislocated the rotating bone in my shoulder.       When I was attending to the high school in the IB program my classmates and I was feeling a lot of stress because we have a lot of work to do. Our mental health was not good.
