    To start with the tips to control the addictions, i want to say, If you are in a situation where you are under the control of an addiction you are not alone. in my entire life I have been trapped in different addictions such as videogames and social networks but this can be interpreted like the most common cases of addictions on teenagers and kids, and a type of equivalent to the serious addictions in adults like drugs or bets. So, this blog is aimed at all audiences interested in controlling their addictions because i want to share with you the tips what help me to get out of my adicctions

the tips how I want to share with you are relationated with the impulse control, the search to new things to do in the free time and search different types of help.

1-Recognize the problem
    The firts step to advance with the superation of an addiction is recognize the problem because this can help you with the other tips. you need to know what is your problem and in what are centered your addictions like if your problem are centered in the bets and cassinos possibly you have the dream to become millonaire but you need to know that is not the best way to become your dream reality, because statistically in the casinos you lost more money than you earn 


2-find new things to do
    One of the main reasons why addictions are generated is the excess of free time, since due to this people tend to look for activities that generate dopamine easily, so the search for activities such as doing sports, artistic activities or meditation, is very helpful since this way the mind stays tired and busy.



3-search help
    Seeking help is essential to overcoming addictions, as this is related to the environment in which we find ourselves. If our friends lead us to this type of addiction, it is best to stay away from these people and seek out helpful environments such as rehabilitation centers or healthy living spaces. Another way to seek help is to discuss your problems with a friend or family member.

  1. I like the tips that give, specially the tip number 1. My people with addictions can not see their addiction, they think their behavior is normal. So, if you can control your addiction tha first step is the accept your addiction and that you have a problem. Also, I agree with the tip 2, because if you look for activities to do, you will think about another thing. A busy person do not have time to see the network, play video games, go to the cassino, or to drink or to smoke. However, when a addiction become a serios problem that you can not control, you must to look for professional help. Some times, it is tha only way to solve your problem.
    Also, another tip that you shoul consider is to avoir the thing that can cause a addiction. For exaple, if a person never have consum drogs, the posibility to have a addiction is reduced.
