Actually many people face mental health problems, which destabilize their lives in ways that negatively impact the direction of their life. Mental health terms are on the front pages today.
Personally, I have never experienced these problems because I have understood how to prioritize my mental health to improve the direction of my life.
According to yahoo.noticias, The “Dr. Gustavo Leon Mojica Garcia” mostly treats cases of depression and anxiety, conditions that according to their union leader, Jesús Alberto Terrones Lagunes, are caused by different social factors that affect the patient's daily life. The secretary pointed out that these conditions have had a significant increase since the COVID 19 pandemic and occur mainly in people of productive age, that is, between 18 and 59 years old.
Depression is due to an excess of past events that lower the person's mood. To learn to control that experience in the past, I have learned to value the present and understand life as something fleeting and that the past cannot be changed otherwise that experience would be left for a person's learning, always valuing the present moment. Depression is seen as a sensitive issue due to trauma, but understanding everything from a positive perspective encourages the person to move forward. On the other hand, to counteract the problems carried over in young people after the pandemic caused by anxiety, it must be taken into account that these mostly happened due to stress about future events that led them to overthink situations that really worry them. It is important to value and be grateful for the present as mentioned above, however, you should make the most of it to avoid suggestions of events that have not happened causing anxiety.
Now it is important to recommend some habits that stimulate the secretion of dopamine, such as exercising, eating healthy and balanced, having goals and objectives to meet, being productive, and not being slaves to instant pleasure. It is known that bad food, lack of sport and bad habits in general generate dopamine hits but then deep regret.
For example, instead of staying at home to watch Netflix you decide to go to the gym, you will experience physical pain but the secretion of dopamine will increase due to self-satisfaction after having achieved a goal.
In my personal opinion, I have never managed to experience these very common mental health problems, so I am sure that good habits together with a clear goal with positivity can keep us happy and fulfilled in life.

There is an excellent structure about what a blog means, but I think that it needs focous to ways to avoid depression and anxiety. It has a large explication about what depression and anxiety mean, and there is a little part about tips that can to help to avoid these issues.
ResponderBorrarIn the other hand, the blog has so many examples to personal experiences and opinions, also there are arguments that support the blog, and it make easy to understand the blog. Another positive aspect of these examples is that it has relation with the real word.
Maybe, I will add more explication about how we can resolve it, and the positive aspects that we can find if we do positive activities. It could improve the blog and it better the knowledge of the lector. Also, I don't think that would has been necessary to talk so much about the meaning of depression and anxiety.
