I clarify that im not saying that the self care of physics is bad, but we need to think also about our mental health. I like the strategies that you give, because this is a helpful tool to know about the theme. We need to give less atention to social media, because in some cases, the image that the people presents in applications like instagram is false. But, if you want to change something about yourself to be more comfortable, do it. Always think in your wellbeing, don’t do the actions for the other people. You need to love yourself as you are.
