Learn to take care of your Mental Health


    Mental health is very important these days. With constant stress, daily responsibilities, and changes in the world, taking care of our mental health is a priority. It is important to start taking care of your mental health now. Spend 10 minutes a day listening to yourself or thinking about your thoughts in a journal. If you feel the need for professional help, seek one as soon as possible.

    I remember starting in school, when during the pandemic and virtual classes I started to feel overwhelmed by my tasks and decided to try a mindfulness app that many friends recommended to me. After starting to try these types of apps for a while, I wondered how something as simple as consciously breathing for 10 minutes a day helped me calm down and clear my mind.

    Nowadays, therapy is a very important tool to take care of mental health. This option has grown because it is becoming more and more accessible. In addition, more and more people are speaking openly about the importance of seeking help.

    “Nothing ventured, nothing gained.” You don’t need to be perfect to start taking care of your mind. We all have good and bad days, but the important thing is to try. I speak from experience, small changes can have a big impact.

    Over the past few months, my best friend was going through social anxiety and didn’t feel comfortable attending in-person sessions with a therapist. He tried a digital therapy platform and found the support he needed from home.

    Another example is my cousin, who spent a lot of time in therapy for trauma issues, which caused her a lot of anxiety when doing certain activities that reminded her of what had happened to her.

    Also, a friend of mine in the United States found help in a support group for people with depression, where she was able to share her feelings and receive support from people who understood what she was going through.

    In my opinion, taking care of our mental health is important for our health. The tools are there: digital and in-person therapy, and support groups. You just have to take the risk and take the first step to achieve it.

Other thing that you can use is include images to express the thematic and make more conscience about the problematics of mental heath and the different ideas on how to solve it.

    1. Learn to write please. I disagree with your proposals, because I think that my blog is perfect and very good. It doesn't need images because I only need words to send a message. I am a very luxurious person and don't accept any critics at all, because I am perfect.
