How recreational activities influence mental health
Today I want to talk about mental health because in this moment of the life, it´s to easy to be affected by the world and around us and it´s crucial to known the importance of the daily activities that can change the way we feel and open conversations about our feelings to maintain our mind happy and good, so let´s talk about all the activities you can realize for yourself.
In my personal experience it´s important to know what recreational activities goes better with you can be a journey of self-discovery, you have to think in what brings you joy, relaxation and make you have good experiences, it can be painting, dance, playing a music instrument, playing a sport or dong something simple like read a book or cooking . The key is identify what helps you to recharge your energy.
In a world where the most important think to a lot of people is be productive, sometimes it´s hard to relax or prioritize these types of activities but we need to question the time we spend in ourselves because it´s necessary spend at least one hour during the week to something that it´s not part of our job or school and understand that it´s not bad
In my opinion, the text is of great interest, I was interested in the interest, the part about relaxing and having good experiences.I agree that you have to have your moments to relax and distract yourself from daily life, for me taking care of your mind is of great importance.

I agree with all the content of this blog, however the text is quite small and there are topics it does not cover.
It could cover topics such as mental illness, depression or even eating problems, since this also affects mental health, also the selected topic is very small, and could be longer.
Thanks for the comments, i´m going to take it for the next blog and I am really happy that you liked it and you agree with my opinion because I really think this theme it´s very important
ResponderBorrarReally helpful post! You show how doing things you enjoy—like hobbies, sports, or just going outdoors—can calm the mind and lift your mood. It’s true that having fun and staying active gives us energy, makes us feel more connected with others, and helps stress go down.
