How to build a mental health blog without creative freedom.

like Doctor Puig Said, your mind  is sometime that you have control, not something that control you.

    When you star thinking about what is wrog in your life only think about problems true? well is time to stop this habit and start organization the different activities that you cant change and put in your life to make a a different in your life, and mental heath.

    I recently read a book about psychoanalysis which reveals to me the key to being able to organize your life and keep under control the madness that some of us sometimes think, this is why I present to you 3 aspects that you can build in your life to have a stable and nice mental health.

  •    Recording the time of your day: 

    the first step that you can take is the recording the time of your days, like every body now the day only have 24 hours, and 8 of that hours you're obviously sleeping (RIGHT?), starting with this idea you have 16 hours to work, in the different aspects of your life, and a good idea that you can take to work with this aspects is making a schedule, in that you can control all of the activities that you have in your days, and week. In my case I have a board when a make this organization in hours taking control, to eliminate and control the different points of my day. 

  • Hobby
    Other point is have a hobby, where you have a space to make some time that you love or different to the routine, that can help you making a space to be freedom of your responsibilities, in my case a go to the gym and the different exersise and activities helps me to relax. 
  • Moment to rest 
finally the moment to rest, some  space tho make a some activity that you can enjoy like go to the cinema, read a good book, or paint, to make a space to creativity and be yourself, for example a read and write, absorbing new knowledge and expressing it.

    In my opinion, the mental health is sometime important for everybody, and a something necessary for today's society, due to the number of psychological problems based on stress and anxiety that have grown significantly in recent years.

This idea of ​​stopping focusing only on problems and starting to organize our activities to have more control seems like a very good idea to me.     I agree that mental health is crucial, more so right now where stress and anxiety are increasing, but I recommend that you go a little deeper into how these practices can help overcome different problems such as anxiety or many others.
